Part-time position *September-December for holiday season

 About Position

We are seeing a 7-10 new packing team members for our upcoming busy holiday season. Packers are key members of our B2B team. Responsibilities range from all aspects of our fulfillment: packing gift boxes, shipping client orders, and tasks associated with warehouse operations. Packers are expected to adhere to safety, quality, and production standards. This person is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves. This is a highly active role that requires you to be on your feet for most of the 8 hour shift

Responsibilities:

-Pack gift boxes in line with M&P quality standards

-Seal gift boxes with M&P signature stickers, box bands and ribbons

-Ship gift boxes in exterior packaging for delivery with correct shipping labels & fragile stickers

-Support with prep work including but not limited to: cutting ribbon, filling boxes with crinkle paper, resetting packing tables, counting product prior to large orders, and packaging raw manufactured product as needed

-Select packers with quality penmanship will write handwrite custom notes to accompany B2C + B2B online orders

-Ensure that a clean and organized work area is maintained

-Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics/integrity

-Perform other related warehouse duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment

-Display awareness of the daily general flow of the fulfillment process and where help is needed

Job Requirements:

-Must be fully inoculated against COVID-19 and show proof of vaccination before entering warehouse

-Must have excellent punctuality, attendance, and reliability

-Ability to stand for extended periods of times (7-8 hrs)

-Must be able to lift and/or move objects 10-30 lbs.

-Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 40 lbs

-Must be capable of working quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to read and speak English is highly preferred but not required

-Previous work in packing/shipping/receiving a plus

-Great communication skills

-Must be a team player
