Frequently asked questions

When will my gift arrive?+-

During our non-peak season (January-October) you can expect your gift to arrive within 1 week of placing your order. A lot of times, sooner. We like to be speedy!

Do you offer corporate gifting services or volume gifting?+-

Absolutely! Minny & Paul works one-on-one with businesses to design and develop gifts that will leave a lasting impression on your clients and colleagues. For more information, check out our Business Gifting page or get in touch with us at hello@minnyandpaul.com.

Do you ship internationally?+-

We unfortunately do not ship internationally at this time.

Do you offer local pickup?+-

Yes! For customers in the Twin Cities, select the option to pick up your order from our studio. We offer pick up Monday-Friday from 9:30am-4:30pm. We are located at 2256 Terminal Road, St. Paul, MN, 55113. Pick up details will be emailed when you select Local Pick Up.

What is your order cutoff for studio pick up?+-

Allow two business days for pick up. For example, if you place an order on Monday, your gift will be ready by 9:30 AM on Wednesday (but possibly sooner!). You will receive an automated email once your order is available to pick up.

Can I leverage your studio pick up for large orders?+-

Of course! Orders of 12 or fewer gifts will be available for studio pick up Monday-Friday from 9:30 AM-4:30 PM. Allow two business days for pick up. For example, if you place the order on Monday, your gift will be ready by 9:30 AM on Wednesday (but possibly sooner!). You will receive an email once it is ready. Orders with more than 12 units are subject to a one-week minimum turnaround. A team member will contact you via email or phone should your order need additional time for processing.

Does the title of the gift box go anywhere on or in the box?+-

No. This is intentional in case you love a gift but don't think the name matches with the occasion or reason for gifting.

Can I send gifts to multiple addresses in the same order?+-

Absolutely! Our Multi Ship tool at checkout makes it easy to send multiple gifts to various addresses. If you have any questions, you can always email us at hello@minnyandpaul.com.

How do I redeem my giftcard?+-

As the gift card recipient, you will have received by email a unique code. You will then enter this code at checkout into "gift or discount code" to subtract the gift card value from their order total.

Where can I find your gifts in real life?+-

We have a studio space in the Northrup King Building in studio 247. We are available by appointment and occasionally host pop-ups in our space.

What if our recipient has an allergy or another concern?+-

In the Special Instructions section on the checkout page, tell us if you know of an allergy or have any other concerns. Or send us an email before your order. We will do our best to accommodate.

Please note that while we have taken the time to test and experience all of the products featured in every Minny & Paul gift, we cannot be held responsible for any issue the consumer may have with any given product, including but not limited to, allergic reactions or food-borne illness.

What happens to a delivery when the recipient isn't there to recieve it?+-

If the recipient is not available to receive their delivery, the gift will be left at the delivery location. Minny & Paul cannot be held liable for theft or damage of the gift, if the intended recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery.

What is your return policy?+-

All sales are final.

What is your COVID safety policy?+-

The safety of our team and our customers is extremely important to us. Our team is diligently following all safety recommendations and requirements outlined by the Minnesota Department of Health and CDC. Our Pack Team members wear masks at all times while in our studio, plus practice frequent hand washing and sanitizing throughout their shift. Any team member that experiences symptoms related to COVID-19 is required to stay home and receive a negative test before returning to work. According to the CDC FAQ page, it is extremely unlikely that you could become infected with COVID-19 from mail deliveries, though rest assured that we are taking every precaution possible regardless.
